Shipping policy
Currently, nudeFX is only offering domestic shipping.
All orders are process within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. You can expect delivery 3-5 days from shipment date. nudeFX provides shipment confirmation and a tracking number for all orders via email. Local drop off is also available in Richmond, Va.
Shipping Prices
- All orders above $75 will ship FREE with standard shipping
- Orders under $75 are a $6 flat rate
- If you received free shipping, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you paid for shipping, please submit a return by email us at nudefxspray@gmail.com and we will email you a return label to use.
Local Drop Off
Select "Richmond Drop-Off" at checkout to forgo shipping fees. Please see the following guidelines when choosing this option.
- Richmond Drop-Off is offered within 20 miles of our home office. Please email us for the exact address if you are unsure if you fall into the 20 mile range.
- Your order will be dropped off to your address listed within 1-2 business days of order placed.
- If we can not deliver your package and do not hear from you within 24 hours with instruction, we will ship to you, but shipping fees may apply.
nudeFX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen please file a claim with local authorities.
